Debating a Christian evangelist on YouTube

In recent years, I’ve recorded a lot of video messages in criticism of religion, but this is the first time a Christian has stepped up and responded by video. YouTube user Matthew4Nineteen recorded the following video response to an old video of mine entitled “Why you’ll never win a debate against religion“:

And here’s my rebuttal:

LOL oh man! BRAINWASHED. As I’m sure most of you can see, religion inhibits the development of new/better ideas. As he stated, he has no reason to ponder other possibilities because he has the truth already, directly from god, through his instruments, into the bible. Give me a break. I’m and instrument of God in that case, and I say no! His truth shall flow through me, into Darryl Sloan, and onto Youtube. haha…My argument has almost as much behind it as the bible.

  2. Kalvin says:

This guy thinks he knows everything. That’s why he cannot grasp that any current worldview is open to change.

  3. Kalvin says:

This guy skipped biology, give him a book dude. Haha Im sorry I don’t mean to attack, I just don’t identify with literally anything he said.

The light shall shine in the darkness, but the darkness shall not comprehend it. I am a Bible thumper, a Christian, and a fundamentalist. I’m not sure if I fit the stereotypical ideology that various types of ignorance have cast upon the Faith. My goal is to give no excuse for ignorance. One may agree with me, or one may disregard my words. The only aim given to me is to be a light. What a person does with the light is for their own discernment. I have a heavy background in the occult, and vaishnava religion. All of the seeking I have been lead through brought an understanding of ritual sacrifices, The Christ, and the cleansing power of His Blood. Because most of you know of these topics I will be doing no wrong by going deeper into their conversation and expounding a depth within the Faith that most are unable to reach, that by default, you are primed for.

Let us pray, Thank you Father for the birth and illumination of Your Spirit within me. Allow me to be a guiding light for others on the path seeking truth. Help me to transform the snares of the wicked into bread for the feeding of lost souls. I pray this in Your Sons Heavenly Name. Amen

When I read for the first time, about what I felt was an unfair treatment of children, I was, quite honestly disgusted. Why would the God that I talk to on a daily bases condone such a thing, and could I in good conscious do the same. The answer did not come to me for a while. Like every spiritual endeavor I have taken on, I accepted these words in full faith that more was going on than I could understand. A while later a deeper understanding of the history and the times made these verses clearer; specifically psalms 137:9, Hosea 13:16, Isaiah 13:15-18, 2kings 15:16. I will explain each one as I have understood them and invite further commentary and questioning.

It is first necessary to compile a scientific and analytical role of God in understanding His function and purpose. To do this the science of quantum-physics will be used in order to classify and organize concepts crucial to the understanding of “a Divine Being”.

The first concept that we must understand is that God created himself out of Nothing, and then created eternity. This can be understood when we look at cellular theory. It states every living cell originated from another living cell. Biological science has been unable to determine the origin of this
“first cell”. In the same way the mystery of “The Divine Being” is such that He was able to manifest Himself into existence before there was thought to do so, like a cell became manifested before there were cells to do so. To this day there is no scientifically recorded evidence of spontaneous cellular generation, even in a cells most basic form, from dirt(carbon, hydrogen, nitrogen, oxygen, phosphorus, sulfur, sodium, potassium, etc, DNA, amino acids, electricity, and fatty acids.

The second concept is he created the Word at the same time he created Himself. To understand this concept it is essential to define God in some meaningful way, while reserving that a material mind is incapable of understanding a temporal being in its completeness, as illustrated by Alister Crowley in Moon Child. We are 3-d attempting to understand an entity of infinite dimensions. In other words he created Himself all at once.

The third concept is understanding that through the Word everything else was created. One of the dimensions of God is a vibration so powerful that it has the power to form from nothing, the spiritual and material manifestations of creation. This vibration is known as the Word. As soon as time manifested, duality also manifested. In other words he created creation, end everything(one) in it, all at once.

The third concept must be acknowledged in order to progress further in the Faith. It is a foundation of the Faith and one by which many come to reject God because of an incomplete understanding thereof. God has a personality. Many times when we list all the properties of God’s personality in the Bible and we don’t like one thing or another about it. The Bible states He is jealous, He is angry, He has ultimate power, and wants everything for Himself. It is because we are trying to compare our anger to God’s. We are trying to compare our jealousy to God’s, Our power to God’s, Our Greed, to God possessing all of creation.
The analogy of a mirror may enlighten us as to the difference between the two. When you look in the mirror and raise your left arm, does your reflection raise its left arm or its right arm? Your reflection though in your image is imperfect because it is flipped. In the same way, though the emotions and personality look identical, they are flipped.

The fifth concept is a discussion of Heaven and its composition. God separated the Heavens and the earth. (There are two heavens and two earths discussed in the bible, we will delve into that with lexicon at a later time). When the waters, also translated as spirits, were separated, The Spiritual Heaven was created. Earth in this verse is all of the material manifestation, and of course the dreaded (H)ell word. Heaven is such that no type of negative subatomic particles exist in it. So even if, as a spiritual entity, you have even one negative subatomic particle attached to you, you cannot enter into this place set apart for positive subatomic particles. Words positive and negative are used to describe a states of growth, creation vs. death, destruction. Does not’t seem fair huh? Obviously God didnt’t think so either, but we’ll get into that one later as well.

    Psalms 137:8-9
8 O daughter of Babylon, who art to be destroyed; happy shall he be, that rewardeth thee as thou hast served us.
9 Happy shall he be, that taketh and dasheth thy little ones against the stones.

It would be Alexander the Great who would be the one to fulfill this prophesy…and indeed he was happy. In general God follows a template that is consistent throughout the Bible when giving a command. He states who He is, He states what He commands, and He states the consequences (positive or negative). Imagine if all parents could be this clear with their expectations! This verse follows none of those prerequisites.

Though some would blame God that their finger was burned when they stuck it in a fire, the sensible understand that their are natural consequences to our actions. There are also seemingly illogical and supernatural consequences to our actions; this is known as Karma, or the Butterfly Effect. On an atomic level it has been proven that thoughts and actions consist of wavelength vibrations (this is proven by Psychokinesis), subjecting them to many laws of physics, for one; like attracts like. When God gives us a commandment He does so with the purpose of showing us how we can prevent the attraction of dark matter, or negative subatomic particles.

Getting back to the scripture, are your parents to blame if you steal from the store and a friend of theirs witnesses this and tells you, that your going to jail as the police roll up?

The next verse reads as follows,

16 Samaria shall become desolate; for she hath rebelled against her God: they shall fall by the sword: their infants shall be dashed in pieces, and their women with child shall be ripped up.

Again we do not see a command, but a consequence of the worship of imperfect creation vs. creator. The concept of worship being defined by the extent to which ones heart mind and soul and body are dedicated to said Being, being or thing. As stated before the creation is only a mirror image of a dimension of God and is imperfect to such a degree that the negative properties of these spirits multiply themselves due to their inappropriate dedication. This manifests itself in the actions of the people whose spirits become darkened with these negative properties.

To reject God, is to reject all that is positive and of creation and growth. The law of attraction suggests that if one broadcasts negativity in thought or action, the like will be attracted to him until eventually it destroys him, because the opposite of creation is destruction. This is not only true for individuals but for families, communities, and nations as well. A nation that ravages, murders, kills, and destroys, will visit its own atrocities upon itself. Those who partake in the spoils of the evils committed cannot be considered innocent. Is the pregnant wife of a bank robber who killed a pregnant woman during his escape without blame in partaking of the spoils of her husbands debauchery? Will the police spare her when they come to take him and he resists? The bank represents the nations which Samaria concerned, the pregnant woman in the bank represents the pregnant woman of the concerned nation. The Robber represents Samaria military and the wife of the robber represents those of its country who enjoy the spoils.

These verses are concerning the plight of Babylon.

11 And I will punish the world for their evil, and the wicked for their iniquity; and I will cause the arrogancy of the proud to cease, and will lay low the haughtiness of the terrible.
12 I will make a man more precious than fine gold; even a man than the golden wedge of Ophir.
13 Therefore I will shake the heavens, and the earth shall remove out of her place, in the wrath of the LORD of hosts, and in the day of his fierce anger.
14 And it shall be as the chased roe, and as a sheep that no man taketh up: they shall every man turn to his own people, and flee every one into his own land.
15 Every one that is found shall be thrust through; and every one that is joined unto them shall fall by the sword.
16 Their children also shall be dashed to pieces before their eyes; their houses shall be spoiled, and their wives ravished.
17 Behold, I will stir up the Medes against them, which shall not regard silver; and as for gold, they shall not delight in it.
18 Their bows also shall dash the young men to pieces; and they shall have no pity on the fruit of the womb; their eye shall not spare children.
19 ¶And Babylon, the glory of kingdoms, the beauty of the Chaldees’ excellency, shall be as when God overthrew Sodom and Gomorrah.
20 It shall never be inhabited, neither shall it be dwelt in from generation to generation: neither shall the Arabian pitch tent there; neither shall the shepherds make their fold there.

This is another example of like attracts like. Do evil-get evil, Karma, and all that good stuff.

16 ¶Then Menahem smote Tiphsah, and all that were therein, and the coasts thereof from Tirzah: because they opened not to him, therefore he smote it; and all the women therein that were with child he ripped up.

This verse is a documentation of the period of history of the Israelite people when they were ruled over by kings. Further exploration of the Bible explains that they did not escape the Law of Karma, but were delivered unto their sin, (again like attracts like) unto their utter destruction.

I apologize for the long winded conversation, though it is impossible to defend a concept with out a foundation that has been defined by the defender. It is like asking someone to defend whether or not antibiotics should be fed to chickens without understanding the conditions under which the chickens live. There is more to the debate than whether or not antibiotics should be fed to chickens. No of course you dont want antibiotics fed to chickens if they were free range. But what if the chickens are pent up in filth, excrement and whithered body parts. It is in this case that antibiotics are not only necessary but preferred. I use this analogy not to make light of a subject that is very heavy, but to illustrate that an argument based on incorrect assumptions of the truth is not a valid one.

  5. Having read this I believed it was extremely enlightening.
I appreciate you finding the time and energy to put this content together.
I once again find myself spending way too much time both reading and leaving comments.

But so what, it was still worth it!
