Quantum physicists don’t like “woo woo”

Quantum physics provides a description of the universe that takes us past dualism into non-dualism, where everything is entangled as a unity. If physicists integrated this into their lives meaningfully, it would be a mirror of the understanding that esoteric spirituality has described for millennia. But instead, some call it “woo woo,” and they baulk at ideas like psychokinesis and telepathy – phenomena that are made theoretically possible by the implications of quantum physics.

all science starts as pseudoscience and philosophy and wild personal conjecture. I suppose the strict stance of scientific standards is a good thing in most cases, but some attention really should be paid to psi phenomena and telepathy. I know there are people studying it and trying to find answers, but more people should WONDER instead of not wondering at all.

Actually there is a ton of research proving the existence of PSI. The problem is there is an organized disinformation campaign going on that makes people hold on to the notion that all PSI is unlikely at best. Two great books exposing the truth are: Science & Psychic Phenomena- Fall of the House of Skeptics by Chris Carter and Science Set Free by Rupert Sheldrake.

I would add to that list Dean Radin’s books, The Noetic Universe and Entangled Minds.

    And his, The Conscious Universe.

This transformation is going to take a long time. The science of quantum physics from the 1920s hasn’t made it to the man on the street. Until it does, most of the world is content to walk in the materialism of Newton. Yes, some are having unity consciousness experience but it’s still fringe (unfortunately). Good thing time is an illusion.
